Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction and clinical education for LPN/PN and RN students across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings. The role focuses on a supportive learning environment, student assessment, and professional development.

The ideal candidate is an RN with an MSN or higher, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills, committed to student achievement and education excellence.

Formación

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher is required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Experience teaching or precepting in nursing education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and ensure safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence using program standards.
• Prepare accurate progress and grade reports; maintain attendance records.
