Jersey College is seeking a Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education for LPN/PN and RN students at our New Jersey campuses.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with an MSN or higher and a passion for teaching, capable of classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical instruction, while evaluating student performance and guiding professional development.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional RN experience.
• Clinical teaching experience preferred.
• Experience teaching LPN/PN and RN students is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in the clinical environment and promote safe nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence based on standards.
• Prepare accurate progress reports and grade reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain attendance records and provide feedback to support learning.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
