Job summary

Jersey College is seeking a Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings for LPN/PN and RN students.

The ideal candidate will hold an MSN or higher, be a currently licensed RN, and have at least 3 years of RN practice. They will assess student learning, guide clinical performance, and contribute to curriculum and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Experience teaching LPN/PN and RN students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction as assigned.
• Supervise students in clinical environments and promote safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence against program standards.
• Prepare accurate and timely student progress and grade reports.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, clinical partners, and campus staff.
