Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health Program, Inc. in Auburn, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead a nursing pod, mentor staff, and uphold high-quality patient care within a collaborative clinical environment.

You will oversee daily clinic flow, conduct pre-visit assessments, coordinate medication reconciliation, and support education for patients while modeling compassionate leadership and efficient teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN license in California in good standing and current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, handle triage, and ensure accurate medication reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your Pod’s nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
• Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.
• Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.
• Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
• Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.

Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00

What You’ll Bring:
