Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health in Northern California is seeking a Family Practice physician for a Monday-Friday outpatient role with no nights or weekend clinic hours, serving a mission-driven community. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a supportive, integrated care model with dedicated medical assistant support, and an average patient load of 16–18 per day.

Salary: $280,000 - $325,000 full-time annual salary
