Chapa-De Indian Health in Northern California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. This role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights and no weekend hours, and a manageable 16–18 patient daily volume.

You will collaborate with an integrated care model, receive strong support from medical assistants and specialists, and contribute to a mission-driven community health center that offers loan repayment, relocation assistance,

Salary: $154,500 - $185,450 full-time annual salary
