Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or operations in health or wellness preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through outreach, upsell, and retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and operations data and act on it.
• Comfort with CRM, ticketing systems, and standard office/marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on phone and video calls.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize revenue-driving work in a part-time schedule.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consultant and Affiliate revenue growth: design incentive programs and track performance.
• Customer revenue and retention: upsell/cross-sell, renewals, and respond to inquiries.
• Brand and market expansion: coordinate partnerships, content assets, and campaigns.
• Operations, data, and business support: maintain CRM data, analyze metrics, assist reconciliations.
• Oversee bottling and packaging operations as needed and support logistics for orders.
