Job summary

Private Label Staff is seeking a Marketing, Growth & Operations Assistant to support marketing, sales, operations, and client success. This remote, part-time role works 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, and compensation is $20-25 per hour.

You will collaborate closely with the founder in a fast-paced, multi-hat environment, handling content scheduling, social media, outreach, proposals, and client materials, with opportunities to grow into a full-time position as the business

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and social media platforms.
• Familiar using AI tools like ChatGPT (preferred).
• Previous experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Edit short-form videos and create graphics in Canva.
• Write captions and repurpose content.
• Maintain a content calendar and monitor engagement.
• Research prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Build prospect lists and support outreach campaigns.
• Schedule meetings and maintain records.
• Assist with proposals and sales materials.
• Support the founder with daily operations and project coordination.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-up items.
• Prepare presentations and client documents.
• Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables.
• Help deliver an exceptional client experience on a growing account.
