Job summary

PRN Home Health & Therapy is seeking an Operations & Growth Executive to lead growth, optimize operations, and drive profitability. You will work with the President, Administrator, and the leadership team to scale revenue, census, referrals, and payer partnerships.

This role focuses on budgeting, cost control, and strategic initiatives for new services and acquisitions. Strong leadership and execution are essential to achieving sustainable, profitable growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations, finance, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.
