Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print.

You will build customer relationships, support sales growth, and maintain store standards while covering Key Carrier and Leader on Duty duties as needed. Training provided to develop selling skills and product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales and assist in Print Services area to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise, follow procedures, and uphold visual standards; support loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: coach staff, foster customer satisfaction, and assist in community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety, open/close responsibilities, and review cash handling logs as needed.
