Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print. You will build relationships, train staff, and apply our sales principles to meet customer needs and drive store performance.

As a part-time Key Carrier, you may handle opening/closing duties and uphold loss prevention, safety, and customer satisfaction standards while supporting a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services equipment and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Identify process improvements and support loss prevention.
• Increase sales and customer satisfaction through upselling and AOV.
• Open/close responsibilities and safety leadership when applicable.
