Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build strong customer relationships, apply training to drive sales, and contribute to a customer-centric environment aligned with Office Depot values.

The role includes supporting print services, store merchandising, and occasional Leader on Duty duties while providing leadership to the team and ensuring loss prevention and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales; operate and assist on Print Services equipment; coordinate service for customers.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise per procedures, meet deadlines, and support visual standards; assist in loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: coach and train associates to improve customer experience; participate in community outreach and selling skills development.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety during management absence; open/close responsibilities; monitor cash handling and store controls.
