Job summary

Office Depot seeks a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print. Build relationships, advise customers, and drive sales using provided training while maintaining a customer-centric environment aligned with the Office Depot 5C values.

The role includes store operations, visual merchandising, freight/logistics, and may serve as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty. Strong communication, teamwork, and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists in Print Services area to complete client orders on time.
• Coordinate service for customers using communication tools.
• Process merchandise accurately and efficiently per procedures and visual standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and reduce waste and losses.
• Contribute to sales and profitability through conversion and higher AOV.
• Drive client satisfaction through coaching and training of associates.
• Support community outreach initiatives and customer retention.
• May perform Leader on Duty duties and External Key Carrier responsibilities.
