Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print. Build customer relationships, act as trusted advisor, and drive total solution sales with strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities include leading operations, supporting Print Services, and acting as a Key Carrier and Leader on Duty as needed. A background check may be required; scheduled shifts include opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Print Services experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate and assist in Print Services area to ensure on-time orders.
• Coordinate service requests and communicate with customers across the store.
