Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build trusted customer relationships and apply training to support sales while maintaining a customer-centric environment.

The role includes supporting store operations, acting as a part-time Key Carrier, and potentially Leading on Duty, including opening or closing responsibilities. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support operation while driving store sales and assisting Print Services.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise per procedures and maintain visual standards.
• Client Engagement: coach associates to enhance the customer experience and drive retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: assist opening/closing and ensure loss prevention compliance.
