Job summary

Office Depot in the United States is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print while building strong customer relationships.

You will lead in-store sales, support Print Services, ensure efficient operations, and act as a Key Carrier during shifts, contributing to a positive culture and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail; ideally experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services responsibilities to support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services equipment and assist staff to complete client orders on time.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support loss prevention with all staff.
• Drive customer satisfaction and coach staff on sales techniques.
