Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build relationships, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining a positive culture aligned with our 5C values.

You will support store operations, including Print Services, merchandising, and loss prevention, and may perform Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales/customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services area and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate service requests and communicate with customers across the store.
