Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print. You will build relationships quickly, become a trusted advisor, and drive sales using our training and proven sales principles while supporting a customer-centric environment aligned with Office Depot values.

You will help maintain store visuals, merchandise standards, and logistics, while potentially performing Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail; print services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Print Sales and Services to drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services equipment and ensure orders completed on time.
• Process merchandise accurately; maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Assist with Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties as needed.
