Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will quickly build relationships and act as a trusted advisor through training to drive sales and satisfaction in every interaction.

The role includes supporting store operations, visual merchandising, freight and logistics, and may serve as External Key Carrier or Leader on Duty.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Experience in print services and merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to use POS systems and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• DrivePrint Sales and Services to support store sales and orders.
• Ensure operational efficiency with accurate merchandise processing and loss prevention.
• Engage with clients to enhance the customer experience and build relationships.
• Perform External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty duties as needed.
