Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, apply training to support sales, and contribute to a customer-centric store culture aligned with Office Depot values.

As a part-time Key Carrier and Leader on Duty as needed, you may handle opening/closing duties, support store operations, and coach staff to boost sales, accuracy, and client satisfaction while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use POS systems.
• Print Services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services support to drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services equipment and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Identify process improvements and support loss prevention.
• Drive sales through client satisfaction and upselling.
• Coach and train associates to improve customer experience.
• Open/close duties as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty.
