Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print. You will build relationships, be a trusted advisor, and drive sales through customer-centric service and product knowledge.

The role includes leadership responsibilities as a part-time Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier, with emphasis on store safety and community engagement. Training supports growth within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales and assist on all equipment in Print Services.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately and adhere to procedures and visual standards; support loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: coach, train, and engage clients to enhance the customer experience and drive retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities; monitor safety and loss prevention; assist cash handling reviews.
