Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You’ll build relationships, guide customers with trained assistance, and support a customer-centric culture aligned with our 5C values.

You will help maintain store standards, support logistics, and take on Key Carrier duties when needed, including opening/closing responsibilities. Prior retail leadership and a passion for the brand are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales; operate and assist on all equipment in Print Services; coordinate service for customers.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise with procedures and visual standards; identify improvements and support loss prevention; ensure policy compliance.
• Client Engagement: coach and train associates to improve customer experience; support community outreach and client retention; develop personal selling skills.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety during management absence; monitor loss prevention; perform opening/closing; assist with cash handling logs and audits.
• Education & Experience: high school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years sales/customer service; basic computer skills; experience in Print Services preferred.
• Skills & Competencies: strong selling, communication, adaptability, integrity, drive for results.
