Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: Responsibility in the Print function to support efficient operation while driving overall store sales.
• Print Services: Operates and assists associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time.
• Print Services: Effectively utilizes communication tools to request assistance within the Print Services area, and to coordinate the appropriate service for all customers throughout the store.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies. In partnership with all associates, ensure regular loss prevention compliance.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company’s loss prevention efforts. Performs other duties as assigned.
• Operational Efficiency: Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Drives positive client satisfaction levels including coaching and training to associates to enhance the customer experience.
• Client Engagement: Supports community outreach initiatives to drive client/customer retention.
• Client Engagement: Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided to deliver the total solution.
• Client Engagement: Performs other duties as assigned.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensuring the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: In partnership with all associates, ensure regular loss prevention compliance.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Performing opening or closing responsibilities.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: This includes driving awareness of key performance indicators, providing guidance to improve results, activation/deactivation of the store’s alarm system, and processes for opening or closing the store.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: May assist in review of cash handling, cashier, and merchandise error logs, register voids, tax exemption and all related cash office audits.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Other duties as deemed necessary
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
