Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive sales across products, technology, services, and print offerings. You will build customer relationships, train staff, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include managing Print Services, ensuring operational efficiency, coaching associates, and performing key carrier duties as needed. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in sales or customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation while driving overall store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on all equipment within Print Services area to maintain efficient production.
• Effectively utilizes communication tools to request assistance and coordinate service for customers.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures and visual standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste; ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: Drive customer satisfaction, coach and train associates, and support community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety during absence of management; open/close responsibilities; loss prevention compliance.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience; basic computer skills; attention to detail.
