Job summary

Office Depot Retail Team Lead (PT) in Tennessee is a part-time role delivering “total solutions” across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You’ll quickly build customer relationships, become a trusted advisor, and support a customer-centric culture aligned with Office Depot’s 5C values.

You’ll use proven sales principles to engage customers and assess needs for satisfaction. This role supports visual merchandising, freight and logistics, and may function as a part-time Lead

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists with Print Services equipment to ensure orders are completed correctly and on-time.
• Coordinate service for customers throughout the store using communication tools.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise with established procedures and merchandising standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion and customer satisfaction.
