Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build strong customer relationships, lead by example, and support a positive culture aligned with our 5C values.

You will help maintain store standards, assist with Print Services, and participate in opening/closing duties as an External Key Carrier or Leader on Duty as needed. A background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services support to drive store sales and complete client orders on time.
• Operational efficiency: process merchandise to standard procedures and support loss prevention.
• Client engagement: coach staff, drive customer satisfaction, and promote total solution offerings.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: opening/closing, store safety, and cash handling oversight.
