Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to blend sales, service, and operations. You will support Print Services, drive store sales, and enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with POS systems and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Print Services and in-store offerings to drive sales.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising standards; support freight and logistics as needed.
• Engage with community and deliver excellent customer service to build relationships.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and act as a Key Carrier when scheduled.
• Support loss prevention and follow store policies.
