Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build strong customer relationships, support sales, and represent the brand with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities include print services, store operations, and customer engagement, with potential to cover opening/closing and loss prevention duties as needed. Prior print services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales and handle Print Services orders.
• Operational Efficiency: follow procedures, maintain visual standards, and support loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: coach staff to enhance customer experience and drive retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and store security duties.
