Tecovas is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead in Germantown, TN to build a strong team and manage store operations. You’ll support the Store Manager with talent development, customer-focused selling and premium service, while ensuring visual standards and efficient product flow.

You will drive a high-energy store environment with a focus on brand ambassadors, loss prevention, and Omni Channel processes to enhance the customer journey. Weekend/evening availability preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years Retail Management experience.
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

• LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT: Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent; supports succession planning; promotes communication and teamwork; administers performance appraisals and sets goals.
• CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Delivers extraordinary service; acts as brand ambassador; maintains premium customer experience through product service details like branding, debossing, boot shaping and shines; supports Omni Channel initiatives.
• VISUAL AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS: Shares product knowledge; upholds stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards; manages store layout and fixtures; ensures proper shipments, transfers and restocks; enforces Loss Prevention procedures.
• COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS: Sets clear objectives; fosters adaptability and shared vision across the team.
