Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for the Shops at Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN. You will support store leadership, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. This role emphasizes brand standards, sales on the floor, and open/close responsibilities.

Weekend availability is required with 20–30 hours per week; prior retail leadership experience is preferred and you will mentor staff while driving store success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Charismatic with vineyard vines brand affinity and community involvement.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to help the store meet/exceed financial goals.
• Host the party and communicate vineyard vines values to customers.

• Oversee floor set-up from receiving shipments to merchandising.
