Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Destin store to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while upholding brand standards and a premier customer experience.

In this role you will oversee in-store operations, participate in merchandising decisions, and support inventory and loss-prevention efforts. A strong leader with exceptional communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs and set sales goals with regular follow up.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Direct customer experience initiatives and educate members about loyalty programs.
• Ensure operations compliance, cash handling, inventory control, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
