Job summary

MINISO USA in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations and help drive excellent customer service. You will assist with training associates, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing duties while promoting the store’s membership program.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years as a keyholder or shift leader in retail, with strong leadership and communication skills and basic POS knowledge. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness, and comply with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude and promote MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions using POS accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
