Duluth Trading Company is seeking a part-time hourly supervisory Retail Sales Manager in Wisconsin. You will lead store staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage floor coverage, merchandising, and promotions to create the Duluth experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Lead the store team to provide exceptional customer engagement.
• Demonstrate high level of service and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers.
• Ensure customer profile information is accurately recorded.
• Respond proactively to concerns and offer resolutions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards and floor-set messaging.
• Set up sales and promotions with clear signage.
• Handle merchandise receipts and transfers accurately (check in, hang, steam, merchandising).
• Ensure store cleanliness across floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide clear feedback to employees and train on cash-handling and reporting functions.
• Process register functions and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure the store is secure and respond to alarms.
• Prioritize safety for employees and customers and escalate as needed.
