Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Hourly Supervisory Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team in delivering WOW! customer service and a memorable Duluth experience.

You’ll develop product knowledge, manage floor coverage, train staff, and ensure cleanliness and proper merchandising while maintaining strong store operations. This role requires a high school diploma, reliable work authorization in the United States, and a proactive, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop an exceptional familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer service and engage customers on the floor.
• Manage floor coverage to maximize the Duluth experience and staff presence.
• Ensure customer profile information is accurately recorded and up to date.
• Respond proactively to concerns and empower staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and stock messaging.
