Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Part-Time Sales Manager for our Las Vegas store at 1251 S Decatur Blvd. You will lead front-end and service operations, coach associates, and uphold brand standards to deliver an engaging customer experience.

You’ll drive sales performance, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS and Same-Day Delivery) while ensuring SOP compliance and daily operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong focus on customer experience and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations in line with SOPs and brand standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure floor leadership during shifts.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omnichannel order fulfillment (BOPIS, Same-Day Delivery).
• Oversee events and programs such as Balloons and party services.
• Coach staff to deliver best-in-class selling behaviors and measurable KPIs.
