Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Lead truck execution and floor merchandising flow.
• Own workload planning and staffing alignment with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Execute planogram and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing integrity and timely promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving with accuracy.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
