Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-Time Merchandise Manager for our Las Vegas Sahara store (1251 S Decatur Blvd). You will drive merchandising execution, planograms, pricing, and inventory routines to keep the store customer-ready and aligned with SOPs.

In this role you’ll supervise truck loading, in-stock optimization, ship-from-store activities, and visual standards, while coaching team members and maintaining a safe, organized environment during nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy with SISO routines.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
