Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part Time Merchandising Manager in Las Vegas to drive merchandising and operational execution in-store, including truck processing, replenishment, and visual standards.

You will assist in SOP adherence, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution while maintaining a customer-ready store environment and strong workload planning. The role requires 3+ years in retail leadership and availability for nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with inventory control and in-stock optimization.
• Planogram execution and visual standards experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with SOP compliance and policy execution.
• Lead truck unloading, merchandise flow and stock replenishment.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization, planograms and visual standards.
• Coordinate Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store conditions, pricing integrity and promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure customer-ready environment.
