ROLE FOCUS includes coaching, POS operations, loyalty enrollment, and coordinating with in-store programs such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
