Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance
• Ensure policies/standards adherence; coach customer experience
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store operations and service standards
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and loyalty program adoption
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, framing where applicable) and events
• Train and develop team through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building
