Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Del Amo store in Torrance, CA. You will lead customer interactions, share product knowledge on fabrics and fit, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and uphold merchandising standards.

You bring at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for active lifestyle products. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with some physical duties such as lifting 10–30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is a plus.
• Able to lift 10–30 lbs when unpacking inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit and features.
• Support store events, promotions and community projects.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Motivate associates to meet or exceed targets with Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines for easy shopping.
• Assist with inventory unpacking and restocking as needed.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
