Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and customer needs.
• Ability to engage customers and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail setting with possible ambiguity.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator who brings out the best in others.
• Multitasking, prioritization and working under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements: moving, lifting 10–30 lbs, standing for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store with knowledge about fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Lead customer interactions to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Assist Store Manager and leadership to train and motivate associates.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to create an easy shopping experience.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Support events, promotions, and omnichannel customer engagement.
