Fabletics in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Los Cerritos Center to deliver an exceptional, best-in-class customer experience while supporting both Sales and Operations. You will lead by example, training associates on the Customer Experience Playbook, drive engagement with in-store events, manage inventory with the Store Manager, and help exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least 1 year in retail, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays,

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Willingness to work onsite including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to engage with customers and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on inventory and training needs.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and achieve store KPIs.
• Provide excellent service and product knowledge to customers.
