Job summary

Fabletics in Richmond, VA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Short Pump Town Center. You will lead sales efforts, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to exceed KPIs.

You’ll connect online and in-store experiences and train associates on the Customer Experience Playbook. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, comfort with inventory and POS systems, strong communication, and the energy to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle categories (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Running, etc.) is beneficial.
• Ability to engage customers and work with large teams.
• Familiar with inventory and POS systems.
• Strong communication and initiative; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store associates to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Provide product knowledge and customer engagement inside and outside the store.
• Train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on inventory, training needs, and store operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with events and promotions.
• Open boxes and assist with receiving inventory as needed.
