Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead in Arlington, VA to support store leadership, run daily operations, and help develop a high-energy, inclusive team. You will drive sales by training staff, engaging customers about fabrics and fit, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and adherence to store standards, with opportunity to grow into leadership responsibilities while supporting a vibrant, diverse brand

Qualifications

1–2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably retail.
Lingerie/Intimates knowledge is a plus in a high-volume environment.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Support Store Leadership in daily operations and team development.
Fulfill Manager on Duty duties including opening/closing and banking.
Drive sales results by coaching and engaging customers on fabric, fit and features.
Train and provide feedback using the Customer Experience Playbook.
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness to enhance shopping.
Assist with inventory receives, transfers, and counts; assist with back-of-house.
Communicate inventory and training needs to leadership.
Strive to meet/exceed store objectives in performance and productivity.
