Job summary

Lovesac in Mountain View – Riverton, UT 84056 is hiring a Sales Associate for a part-time role. You’ll greet customers, present Lovesac products, and guide shoppers through the journey from first welcome to final sale, while upholding our brand standards and a seamless checkout experience.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with 1 year of retail or customer service experience, able to stand 8 hours, lift up to 75 pounds, and use CRM systems for sales support. Weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for meetings using various transport.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 75 pounds, plus furniture assembly on the selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and sell using the Lovesac process, maintain quotes, and follow up to drive conversion.
• Build connections to foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience, with brand tours, education, and sales closing.
• Take ownership of performance, make decisions, and meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, visual standards, and promotions per brand standards.
