Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Riverton, UT to greet customers, demonstrate our Sacs and Sactionals, and guide them to a purchase. You will deliver engaging product education, build relationships, and close sales while maintaining brand standards on the selling floor.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail or customer service, are comfortable with technology and CRM systems, and can work weekends, holidays, and peak times. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections to fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, educate, and close sales.
