Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience, help customers design products to fit space, and drive sales. You will engage customers using Lovesac techniques and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, demoing products, and supporting daily store operations. The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to travel to local stores and vendors as required.
• Demonstrate products and use CRM systems to support sales and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively demo, assist and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase and maintain relationships.
• Maintain a welcoming store and follow visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory and promotions.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
