Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for our Fresno, CA location. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering a memorable shopping experience in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities include building product knowledge, guiding customers through the journey, and maintaining store standards to support brand goals. Weekend and evening shifts are required, with flexible opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move items up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, selling while following the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a personal quote pipeline.
• Build genuine connections to fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to create a fun, engaging buying experience and confidently close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
