Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency at our Leawood, Kansas store. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and visual standards to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires mobility, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-service mindset. Part-time schedules up to 30 hours per week; full availability may be needed during peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a client-centric sales/operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in all store areas as part of daily work.
• Customer service mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment activities daily.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendors to keep operations efficient.
• Ensure a safe work environment and strong stockroom standards.
